I have no real idea how much work it would take to port brickOS (plus brickemu, preferably) over to elf, but I suspect that it'd be a lot. (...) (...) I don't know for certain but I would be a bit surprised if Robolab works with the Spybot bricks. There would have to have been a new release with modifications specifically made to support the Spybot. Searching these newsgroups suggests that (...) That's great news so far :-) Some time ago, however, I've tried to get brickOS to run on those old h8300 bricks, but it only seemed to work when using an old tool-chain (which is also the reason why the related packages never got (...) (...) No language war intended, but for now I'd rather use Robolab. That said, if I change my mind I'd appreciate some tips on using MacNQC with Spybotics. Does anyone have any experience using Robolab with a Spybotics kit? I just got a couple of old Spybotics kits for my son this past Christmas and would love to program them with him using Robolab.
