Have you ever heard the story of the Grandma who wanted a new washing machine?
Grandpa was a such a good repairman, that he kept the old machine going, and
going, and going. Finally, Grandma got an idea. While Grandpa had the machine
stripped down for fixing, she added a few extra nuts and bolts to the mix.
After Grandpa had tried several attempts to strip down, reassemble and find
where these parts belonged to, he broke down and brought Grandma her new washing
machine.
I have 25 Educational NXT sets #9797. Everywhere I can find an inventory count,
it says 10 yellow half bushings are in the set.
Well, there's 14.
It took a brand new 9797 set meant to compensate for shrinkage, to assure me
that my students weren't miscounting.
Hope someone who has charge of these things can find this story interesting and
take action.
