It varies slightly from servo to servo.
Fundemmentally there is a potentiometer that measure the servo position
and prevents mechanically the movement .
You have to either remove it completely or take out the brush and
mechanically (small screw driver and hammer) remove the movement
limitation.
The it will either turn continuously in one direction or the other (at
only one speed),
