| Hi Barry, I have a GP2D05 from Acroname Inc., Have wired as per instructions black for gnd., green for Vin, Yellow for Vout, and red for Vcc.The pin outs are different than the GP2D02. Then installed the diode and connectors for the handyboard .as (...) (25 years ago, 8-Mar-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

| Terry, Understand that the GP2D05 is a different device than the GP2D02. For the '05' you can set a analog threshold and the digital output read 1 or 0 depending whether the distance is according to this set threshold. The '02' device has a real (...) (25 years ago, 8-Mar-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
