Hello again,
Sorry I made a calculation error. If the processor is 8-bit then 32K is
the maximum possible RAM. So I think no upgrade is possible.

| (...) Actually its 64K for the HC11 cause it has a 16 Bit address bus. 16^2 = 65536 = 64K But the upper address space is used by the I/O and expansionboards.
