Can anyone tell me what the max current the IR output Darlington can
handle?  I need 100ma each for two high output IR emitters and I don't
want to let the smoke out of the Darlington switch.
Anyone?

Thank you

Larry

(...) 800 mA. Just don't short it out and you'll be fine. -Fred (28 years ago, 19-Jun-96, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
