I have searching info about the touch memory from dallas. I need to
know in which way that connect to a microcontroller and wich is the
protocol used. Someone now somethingh abou that???

If you're just interested in sample code, check out:

ftp://ftp.cmf.nrl.navy.mil/pub/kenh/minilib.tar.gz

Code to talk the Dallas One-Wire protocol is included.  Also included
is sample C code that implements the bus discovery protocol.

It's actually pretty easy to do the protocol.  The timing requirements
are fairly lax; you have to add some NOPs even with a 2MHz HC11 to get
the right delay.  The data sheets include the complete protocol.
