Cypress has their datasheet online. Look for cy62256 at www.cypress.com.
If you just want a shortcut to backed up RAM, you might investigate
Dallas Semi's smartsocket DS1213. Simply replace the socket with DS1213
and piggy back 62256 on top. You also might have to extend the LCD
connector pins because it adds 1/2 inch to the height. Spec. claims 10 years
on its own embedded Lithium bat. It's a little pricey, though ($12.50 OEM).
Else, if you are working on a new design, look at dual supply DS1218 NV
controller.
