A 9600 baud output driver is now available.  Please see the Handy
Board home page:

In your message you said:
I picked up a MiniSC servo controller to experiment with.  It is driven
via serial however.  I saw in the FAQ that it is possible to use the
Handy Boards serial port, but I don't want to have to download a program
to the HB, disconnect the phone jack, and then connect it to the MiniSC
-- sort of takes out the "interactive" part of IC.

Is there a driver or such for using one of the digital-outs as a 9600 or
2400 baud serial out?
