Can anybody sell us bigger LCDs for the HandyBoard? I need at least 4 line
LCD or other similar type.
It will be used in complete darkness, so it should be illuminated.
Thanks.

HB experts, correct me if I'm wrong, but if someone wanted to use an LCD bigger
than 2x16, wouldn't the pcode have to be recompiled? I know that in the
pcode.asm file there is reference to displays up to 2x80 (of which I have 4 and
none work with the HB. They just act like 2x16 displays) but the pcode has
no idea how big the actual LCD is at runtime, so it just assumes 2x16, right?
How easy is this to change?

There are tons of LCD displays out there, some with backlights even. Problem is
that if you buy new, they're really expensive. If you buy cheap, (on the
surplus market) then you run the risk of only finding a few of a certain type.

I got my 240x64 pixel graphics LCD (now running happily on my HB) from All
Electronics Corp for under $25. List price for this guy is over $110.  But now
AEC is all out!
