    HTML or Plain Text? —Phil
   hi. I just downloaded Internet Explorer 4.0 (Get it, it's awesome!), and it gives me the option of sending mail in either HTML or plain text format.       (...) Heartily agree. I use Pine on three different op-systems, and choose to use Unix op-systems over Windows most of the time.    (...) My person preference is a format which includes both HTML and plain text, which I assume IE4 can do since NN4 can do it.    When I was on AoL, I didn't give a rat's hindside about what sort of e-mail was sent, but now I'm on this strange UNIX-based THING that I really do dislike, which makes it a pain for any non-strictly text files, so I'd rather it was in plain text.
