Gregg,
I bought the assembled board. However, the supplier also sells
unassembled kits. Check http://home.hkstar.com/~huip/ for the descriptions.
Additionally, in further communications with the supplier, he mentioned that I
could have avoided the wire fee by sending a money order. At the time, I was
not aware that this was an option, but maybe some others can lessen their
costs this way. As with anything, check directly with the supplier,
huip@hkstar.com for details.
