Does anyone have a source for the following parts or suitable substitutes:

Motorola 6811 microprocessor

Most Connor disk drives have a 68HC11A1FN on them.  If you find
someone throwing one away, it is a cheap HC11.

Sharp IS1U60 infrared demodulator
Digi-key sells these.

SGS-Thompson L293D motor driver
Ben Wirz sells these.  Also look for the TI replacement possibly.
