I was just wondering about this - are you supposed to heatsink capacitors
when soldering?  My gut feeling says "no", except that my ECE TA seems to
disagree.  Any thoughts on this?

(Sorry, this doesn't have too much to do with the handy board - except that
no, I didn't heatsink the capacitors, and _it_ works fine...  :-)
