The MC68HC11A1FN is available from BG MICRO. ( http://www.bgmicro.com/ )
The 32K static ram is available from JDR. ( http://www.jdr.com/JDR )

| Well here I am again. I have gotten all my parts except the microprocessor (MC68HC11A1FN), the IR demodulator (IS1U60), and the 32K static CMOS RAM (62256-100LP). I have tried Jameco for the RAM but the Jameco part number 42833 doesn't seem to be (...) (30 years ago, 4-Jan-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
