IC shouldn't boot with a motor on -- try reloading the pcode.  Anyone
else have any ideas?

The beta IC v3.1b2.1 for the Macintosh had a problem where the motor
ports came up running.  It was fixed in version 3.1b3 and subsequent
beta releases.  Hope this helps.

I would recommend that everyone places nylon washers on the 4 screws on
the Handy Board.  I didn't have a problem, but I don't recommend
cranking steel screws down on traces.

I would also love to see a redesigned charger board with a Maxim MAX713
NiCad charger chip.  This would prevent possibly overcharging the
NiCads.

Just my 2¢.
