The SPI (synchronous peripheral interface) does not do normal RS-232 (aka "asynchronous serial") in hardware. you must write an assembly language driver to do the timing. at some point in january i plan to release a 1200 baud output driver. if (...) Perhaps I have just overlooked this in the documentation for the HB and IC. Is there an easy way to control the chip selects Y*? Are they memory mapped or harder to get to than that? Thanks for the info: patrick (28 years ago, 21-Dec-96, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
