Handy Board Users:
I am building the first part of the HB: the charger/communication interface and I
already got a problem: when I am testing the MAX232 and probing pad 3 of the SUBD
connector when shorting together pins 6 and 10 of the MAX232, I should measure about
9 to 10 volts, but I only read 5. Is my MAX232 out? The reception is working quite
well, and the green SER light lights up. Can someone help me? Thanks a lot.
