Hello list, Beyond the handyboard I have little need for C and I'm not very good at it. Is there any one book that would be of particular value for this case? That is all I want to do is learn enough to program the handyboard. I bought several books (...) (25 years ago, 16-May-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Miniature Stepper Motors

This is more of a general question about the size and resolution of stepper motors and linear actuators. Basically, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with very small high resolution actuators. I am trying to find out if stepper motors on (...)   Re: Servo Control Documentation Clarification...

Andre: You're right about the HandyBoard & expansion board documentation not being correct in its servo entries. I don't recall what values I found to work properly on the bare HB, but on the expansion board the default of 2540 comes close to (...) (25 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Servo Control Documentation Clarification...

Hi, While I was trying to produce .85, 1.35, and 1.85 millisecond pulses with the Handy Board (with *and* without the expbd.), to control Team Novak's ((URL) "Super Rooster" Electronic Speed Controller (ESC), I found the following discrepancies (...)   IR routines

Hi Max: I used your IR routines with the HandyBoard. I was wondering if it is possible to do something like that for the RUG Warrior, 'cos it also uses the similar IR receiver ( GP1U52X ) .   GP2D12

I've been trying to buy some GP2D12s with no luck. None of the suppliers that were recommended to me by Sharp has them in stock. They estimate it'll take at least 90 days to get them. I used the Motorola 34064 instead of the Dallas 1233 since one year. Functionaly, It seems to work fine. Nevertheless, the chip seems warm.
