Hello, I am hooking some HP decoder chips to the handyboard. They are HCTL-2020's and they decode a motor position encoder signal. My problem is that I need to hook one of the pins on the 2020 (the CLK pin) to a clock. I'd like to get ahold of the E (...) (26 years ago, 8-Jun-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

(...) Regarding your earlier message, if you're just wanting to talk to a GPS, then you don't need handshaking, because I haven't found one yet that supports it. All pcodes shipped with IC 3.1/3.2 are designed to work fine either with or without LCD. Prior to 3.1, you have to build a pcode specially to disable the LCD. -- Randy (...) (26 years ago, 8-Jun-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
