I have a Handy board . I want to remove the battery backup for the 32K RAM. This board have a 68HC11A1FN , i have the great idea of replace that with and put my code into the 12 K EPROM of the 68HC711E9. The question is , can be remapped that EPROM? (...) About 2 weeks ago Bill Bynum sent in a fix for a bug that one of his students had discovered. The student was using multiple processes to read analog values, and noticed spurious readings. Hello folks, Is it normal to get invalid 'active' signals from the analog inputs every so often? I have made a lego buggy which seeks out its way from a darkish room into another room and to a window using a light sensor mounted on a sweeping servo (...) What are the power requirements of the battery backed RAM and would it be possible to set this RAM up with a lithium battery similar to a PC so that the RAM would hold its memory for several years? (27 years ago, 28-Dec-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

The major difference is A1' has 256-Byte RAM while E1' has 512-Byte. Basically, A1 can be replaced by E1 in Handyboard. Hello, This is one of the bugs of IC3.1 The Pcode was loaded into the board sucessfully. You should quit the IC3.1 program. Then turn-off and on of the Handyboard. You will see IC3.1 message on the LCD screen plus a "beep" sound. Run IC3.1 program (...) (27 years ago, 28-Dec-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
