  Programming CyberMaster with C#
 
I set up a web page with some sample code if anyone is interested in creating programs using C# and Spirit.ocx: (URL) Brian BTW: C# is almost identical to Java. (24 years ago, 24-Feb-02, to lugnet.robotics.cybermaster)

Has anyone had any luck getting the software to run on XP? At first it was giving a couple of errors but I altered the registry settings (as described for Windows NT in this newsgroup) and then it would play the intro movies fine. But once the (...) Hello! Does anybody know if there is a way to get the CD running under Windows 2000? I can install it but when I start it I get an error: Terminal Error: 806D0009: Cannot get key string length: HKCU,Software\LEGO Software\Products\Cybermaster (...) (...) Lego were not able to find me an english Cybermaster CD, so my Cybermaster is sitting there unused as I can't figure out how to use the german software.   LNP routing daemon for Cybermaster/NQC and RCX/legOS
 
Dear NG, i try to develop a LNP routing daemon (LNPoI - Lego Network Protocol over Internet)and i think this peace of software can be also usefull to other people using legOS, RCX and Cybermasters. Cybermaster's firmware's on *ROM* so you're limited to tools that use the standard firmware. That excludes the likes of legOS, pbForth, etc. You can use NQC in Cybermaster "mode" or any other language/tool generating standard firmware byte-codes. (...) (...) You can use NQC which supports several targets (RCX, RCX2, Scout, and CyberMaster). Call Lego Consumer Affairs (search News, or check lego.com for the number), they may be able to replace your German CD with an english language version if you (...)
