Hi,
the Dacta dealer for Germany and Austria (?) is TECHNIK-LPE GmbH.

The site has some problems with accessability but they are aware of it. Be
patient. This is a german language site, btw.
The guy responsible for Lego sales just told me that they'll get a new
pricelist in February. This will include rotation sensors being sold at
MindStorms prices (MindStorms rotation sensors are considerably less
expensive than Dacta rotation sensors).
