I have a MindStorms project idea that requires the robot to "display"

An alphanumeric displaying words would be awesome, but a two digit number
would work.

Looking at NQC manual, I found:
   SelectDisplay()
DISPLAY_WATCH, DISPLAY_SENSOR_1, DISPLAY_SENSOR_2, DISPLAY_SENSOR_3,
DISPLAY_OUT_A, DISPLAY_OUT_B, DISPLAY_OUT_C

Is there anyway, I can display a variable?!  DISPLAY_VAR?  Please Dave?
Thanks in advance to all who replies.

Sorry, the firmware only provides those seven display modes.  In some
cases you can play some tricks by displaying the Watch, then setting the
watch to certain values, but this only works for certain constants (and
never variables).  (you also need to keep setting the watch so it doesn't
'tick' on you).
