It's in the readme.wri file that came with the software:
a) Guided Mode - Tip: Although it is not advised to do so, you can bypass
Guided Mode and make the full menu active by holding down the Control key
and clicking the mouse pointer on the About button in the main menu. To
make Guided Mode active again, you will need to login as a new user with a
different user name.
