I note a number of people interested in "kitting up"
for some serious robotics building. I did the same
thing. A mixture of Pitsco, S@H and store bought technic
sets gives you all the gears, beams, wheels and axles you
could want.
But for RIS and the RCX - buy one of the remote controls!
It's great. I use mine all the time. When you are test assembling
intricate mechanical systems, the ability to energize it
as easily and simply as pressing a button on the remote is
hard to beat! It's $20 well spent.
