You can also find a cool walking robot using only RIS parts at Jin Sato's
site and the instructions are in English (although the pictures are good
enough)!
I also like his 5-legged robot. I've built one with the motors mounted from underneath. That way you can spin around all you like and not entangle the motor wires. It also has the RCX mounted upside down so that you can access the buttons easily (...) (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)
