There is a minor tweak I forgot the ratchet on the other axle.
Corrected picture is:
* <- Large gear on differential body drives output.
*-R[]R-* <- R = ratchet, [] = differential.
^ <- 1st gear axle has large gear which drives medium
gear as differential input 1.
^ <- 2nd gear axle has medium gear which drives medium
gear as differential input 2.
* * <- small gears. Left drives 1st gear axle, right drives
2nd gear axle.

bit)
It is so cool to add to the load by squeezing a rubber wheel connected
to the output and watch the screw slide over and change gears!
