I'm pleased to announce that my book has been
printed and is now in stock in our warehouse. It
should be showing up in your favorite bookstores soon.

The entire book will be serialized online. Currently
the Preface and chapters 1 and 2 are online right now;
the rest of the book will follow in time.

Enjoy!
