I have just updated my web site with a description of a new syncro drive design which can spin in place: http://www.monumental.com/wesmat/lego/Syncro2/Syncro2.html And instructions on how I constructed an IOExtender that uses relays to increase the number of sensors & motors the RCX can use: http://www.monumental.com/wesmat/lego/IOExtender/IOExtender.html The IOExtender connects the RCX to a total of 6 sensors and 4 motors, if this design is pushed to its limit. This version is designed to allow the RCX to control the syncro drive mentioned above. -Wes
