Accually, goto the control panel, then display, then the setting tab. After
that, click on the advance button on the mid-bottom (Right side) of the
window, When you get into the new window, middle part of it, there should be
3 radio buttons, you would want the middle one to stop restarting.
No need for one of the few free PowerTools (WHICH THEM SOBS REMOVED FROM SE,
Long Live Tweak UI).
