If my memory serves me well Lego only put out 70.000 mindstorm units for
this year.
There was an article about MS in last sunday's edition of the AZ Republic
(sept 27).
So there might be truth in the fact that there is going to be a shortage.
Who knows maybe it will be like Tickle Me Elmo two years ago??.

| I guess I have to wonder why there is such a shortage? You'd think TLG would want to sell all they can make. Poor forecasting on their part, or is there some part that is in short supply? (you can't just snap your fingers and get 100000 more units, (...) (26 years ago, 5-Oct-98, to lugnet.robotics)
