The docs are hopelessly out of date.  There's a little info about data
logging in the FAQ:

http://www.enteract.com/~dbaum/lego/nqc/faq.html#L5

Assuming that you are using version 1.1 of nqc, then you can use nqc
itself to upload the log from the RCX to your Mac:

nqc -datalog

This will upload the datalog and print it to stdout.
