I don't know if it's available in the US (probably is), my
international catalogue is at home.
The 'tank' is a cannon from the Competition sets - the plunger
things gets pushed into the barrel and is fired by pulling the
lever on top backwards (there's a spring in the barrel). Good
fun with the RCX firing it, there is no air tank in the catalogue.
In the UK you can get a set for 10UKP that has 2 of the
cannons in it.
In case you don't know what the tank is like...
It's probably quite easy to make a tank, it's only a simple
container with two pipes on it to push hoses onto, maybe you
could glue a T-piece into the neck or lid of a small plastic
bottle?
