I feel like an idiot, but I can't make a simple program using the RIS
programming environment. I have a platform that should be able to
detect the edge of a surface it's running on, but I can't build the
program to drive it. Now I have first-hand experience (instead of
intuitive knowledge) of why graphical programming languages fail ("a
picture is worth a thousand words, but very few sets of a thousand
words can be adequately described by a picture").
I'm going back to linux, gcc, and emacs!
