I think this is really a a non-issue.  I doubt the LEGO group is going to be
scanning these forums for great ideas, but rather are probably protecting

won't have to worry about being sued for it.

Possibly so, but it wouldn't be the first website run by a large company
that had solicited stuff which they later sell with no compensation for
the author...
