Yes, it's real. Do a search on Ebay and you will see it being sold there.
Although I dont have one, I have talked with the seller about it and he seems
quite legit to me.. and interested in building them for use with Mindstorms NXT,
RCX etc. From what the details say, it appears to have a tiny geared motor in
it and goes as fast as one of the larger gray motors. However, I am waiting on
torque values to see how it fares against the others.
