First thing is that this should probably have been posted to
lugnet.admin or .offtopic if at all.
You need to go to the http://lugnet.com website, and then click on
"newsgroups", under this, select "News by mail". You will need your
email address and a confirmation code. You can request a new
confirmation code with the link on the right if you have lost it.
This can then be used to manage all your lugnet subscriptions, in
terms of which news you get, and in what form.
