We all do. NXT-G is a big jump for many of us (myself included, and Ive not had
enough time to really learn graphical programming well yet).

So would I. As you have discovered, theres no way to wire in a duration to a
Wait block. Heres another solution, as well as a solution to the Random
switch problem:
(oooh, embedded images. I guess I *am* trainable.)
