I have uploaded zips containing version 1.4.1.B4 of Next Byte Codes (NBC).
There is a zip for Win32 as well as a zip for Mac OSX. As of this beta release
NBC has a built-in preprocessor with support for #include, #define, #undef,
#ifdef, #else, and #endif.
