Unfortunately that page appears to be slashdotted. The screen is also
not clear on the video they have on botmag.

It looks like
you can see a little bit of detail on the LCD screen (dimly, it looks like a
row
of icons across the bottom, and a line across the top with *perhaps* some very
small icons above it - status?). More interesting, the NXT blog mentions that
the NXT is menu-driven on the brick itself! Now *that* would be a step up from
the RCX... and it would tend to imply a lot more on-brick interaction for the
NXT.

I am fairly one of the articals mentioned the display being matrix
based - so it can display icons and graphics.

It would be a neat little feature with logging, graphing or mapping
bots to be able to immediately display something on screen -
especially given that it has left/right arrow keys.
