   Oh yes. Steve will probably post more details, but search back through the
Lugnet archives. The RCX can control the manas units via IR, and the Spybots can
handle VLL ass well as some of the other "flavors" of IR communication in the
Lego world. The biggest problem with the Spybots is that the firmware can not be
replaced, and they have (currently) no way to use other sensors - you get one
touch, one light, and two motors. As compensation, they can handle some much
more complex spy-to-spy communications, including locating distance and
direction to other units.
