It's a bigger box than pretty much any other Lego set, but not gigantic.

There's plenty on the internet, but the various books are really good too.
And of course, more technic pieces is always a good thing. Of the sets
available now (from shop.lego.com), #8438 (Pneumatic Crane Truck) is
probably the most exciting.
