Here's a brief summary:
0000-3FFF On-chip ROM
4000-7FFF Unused
8000-EFFF External RAM
F000-FB7F External RAM, motor control register (write)
FB80-FD7F Reserved
FD80-FEFF On-chip RAM
FF00-FF7F On-chip RAM (can use 8-bit addressing modes)
FF80-FF87 External RAM, motor control register (write)
FF88-FFFF I/O registers
