Was just browsing the LEGO Mindstorms website
http://mindstorms.lego.com/eng/products/ris/index.asp
and have found a downloadable patch for XP users to alleviate this problem.
It will probably work for Win2k as well...

For future searches from future users - keywords: windows 2000, win2k,
win2000, XP, winxp, RIS, startup, launchris, comes on automatically, turn
off , autostart, regedit, registry
(that was just a test)

| Hello, I' ve installed RIS 2.0 on win2000. It works very well but RIS always opening when I turn on the computer. I 've tried to use the patch for win XP that correct this error but it do not work for 2000. Who can help me ??? Thanks Chris (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.robotics)
