Kevin,

This is the new backhoe you're talking about, correct? These pistons are
from that set?

Before you accidentally lose a few pieces, how about doing a Peeron
inventory? ;-)

A very generous LPub and Lsynth fan bought me an 8455 as a gift.  It arrived
today and I'm very excited.

I took some pictures of the new pneumatic parts, with the previous generation
parts as a reference.

The new form factor larger piston is on the left (expanded and contracted).  It
looks to be tbe same basic dimension of the old larger double acting piston.

The new form factor switch is side by side with its predecessor.  It is the same
basic dimensions, but only requires pins to attach it to technic beams.

The new switch is dark grey plastic instead of light grey.

Enjoy!  I'm off to build the 8455!
