There are lots of better places. Why didn't you give google a try first?
Entering "faq gps" into google gives you all the specifications, tools and
tips you need.

| Hello, I've been asked to help out with a project involving mapping things with a GPS. I was wondering if anyone could help me since I don't know anything about GPS. Sorry if this offends anyone but i couldn't think of a better place to ask for help (...) (22 years ago, 29-Apr-03, to lugnet.robotics)
