Maybe you are the kind of person who would rather roll their own, as your
remarks imply, and that's fine too. Diversity makes the world
interesting. And you are not the first person to think we are nuts to
create JCX.

Here's a daring and novel concept . . . how about a concerted focus on good
ol' cordial, friendly service? "That's not differentiating," you say. "It
can be copied too easily." We're not so sure about that and, more
importantly, no one seems to have succeeded at it yet.
Perhaps along with JCX we can provide better customer service and support
than you would get if you built your Legos around a $100 laptop with a
cracked screen. We'll do our best.
