Unfortunately, "msconfig" doesn't exist on all versions of Windows. However,
"regedit" does.
The key is:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
Can't remember off the top of my head, but I think the value name is
"RIS2Launch". Regardless, the Name Value to delete will have a String Value
(REG_SZ) set to "C:\Program Files\LEGO MINDSTORMS\RIS 2.0\LaunchRis2.exe" if
RIS2 was installed to it's default location.
