I've got a cheap VC package and started to play with it. Working mostly
under Linux with brickOS, I would like to program the cam under Linux.

It was no big problem to get it to work. I tested it with the xawtv
program. Looks pretty good.
Next step is to program the cam myself and I decided to use Kylix for
development. Actually, I can open the camera and get the camera
parameters like the name, the size of a picture and such things. Next
step would be to get a real picture, which is not working yet.

I don't want to reinvent the wheel so I would like to know if someone is
working in the same field or has a link to a good documentation of
video4linux.

Regards,

Michael
